Hi, my name is Lyly
My journey with yoga began almost ten years ago.
Growing up between Vietnam and Switzerland shaped me with two very different worlds — one grounded in tradition and the other in openness. That duality taught me to see things deeply and to connect with people beyond words.
For a long time, I didn’t know where I truly belonged. Yoga began as movement, as sport — but slowly it became something much deeper: a path inward. It helped me understand that before giving to the world, I had to nurture my own roots — to build a relationship with myself strong enough to hold whatever life brings.
In 2018, I travelled to India seeking a more profound understanding of yoga, and completed my teacher training in Rishikesh. It was one of the hardest, most transformative experiences of my life — and one I would choose again and again.
Today, through my practice and teaching, I hope to remind others of their own quiet strength — that all the answers already exist within us. When we feel lost, we only need to slow down, return to the body, and breathe.
