  • Guests who pay their deposit on or before 30 November 2025 (23:59 CET) receive 20% off the final balance. The discount will be applied to your balance invoice.

  • You may transfer your place to another guest pending our confirmation.

  • Deposits are fully refundable until 1 February 2026 at 23:59 CET. After this date, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Flights, visas, and insurance are not included. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

    From the moment you land in Victoria Falls (VFA), we take care of everything. Our team will meet you at the airport, and all transfers between Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) and Munga Plains (Botswana) are included. You can relax knowing your journey is seamless and stress-free.

  • The retreat will be taking place from May 13th to 23rd, 2026.

    Pay your deposit first to secure your spot and pay the rest later. You have until the week before coming to the retreat to finalise your remaining amount. We can also propose an instalment payment over 3 months.
